Mini vs Context

• Mini: makes changes in your repo following a compiled action plan, with gates (checks/verify/fix).
• Context: creates and iteratively refines an agent session by reading your project Memory Bank (read-only).

Source of Truth

• Runtime: DD_FLOW_ROOT (default ~/.dd-flow)
• Repo layer: .protocols/<NNNN-task>/... (human-readable history)
